All xRover products come with a 24-month warranty period from the date of purchase. The chair frame carries an extended lifetime warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the user manual. It does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage, or unauthorised modifications.

Payment is accepted via the following methods:

• Bank transfer based on a deposit invoice
• Invoice with payment terms (for B2B partners)
• Cash payment on personal pick-up at the showroom
• Foundation financing (Standard line models)

In-warranty service is provided by the manufacturer and our authorised dealer network in 26 countries. Out-of-warranty service is available with original spare parts at preferential terms.
